Kelsey Asbille Chow was an American actor, who gained fame after playing a Disney XD actress in the sitcom Pair of Kings. Barbara was on stage at The New Theatre located in Kansas City Missouri, in the play Social Security. The show took place for a one month at Jacksonville Florida during summer 2014.
